• Administers the First/Second Year Experience program and coordinates activities and services.
• Develops yearly calendar of events, workshops, and schedules; ensures timely completion of work.
• Tracks enrollment, retention statistics, and prepares reports on program impact.
• Teaches post-secondary students to plan education and develop academic success skills.
• Coordinates program communications, supervises student leaders, and makes outreach presentations.
• Designs and assesses advisement to promote academic progress and graduation.
• Collaborates with departments to support student success and retention.
