Position Details

Location: Onsite in York, PA.
Role: EMTs, Combat Medics, Healthcare Specialists (military), Firefighters, Nurses, Paramedics, MAs (with a bachelor's degree), and candidates with 1+ years of medical experience.

Description

The Onsite Medical Representative will serve as the site’s designated first aid provider, coordinate the Safety Program, provide first aid care, analyze safety issues, participate in Workers’ Compensation processes, and assist with health and safety needs, including incident investigations and safety meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide triage, first-aid, and referrals.
• Maintain records and supplies.
• Assist with job placement accommodations.
• Analyze incident data and recommend safety improvements.
• Engage with staff to promote safety and health.
• Understand department tasks to improve safety procedures.
• Manage Workers’ Compensation cases.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid State EMT-Basic Certification or NREMT certification.
• 1+ years of emergency medical experience.
• CPR certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Certified in First-Aid, CPR, AED training.
• Leadership and OSHA regulation experience.

Benefits and Compensation

Pay: $27.00/hr.
