You will: (responsibilities):

1. Proactively project manage global recruitment (FTE and FTC) for key programmes in the Firmwide Data Office.
2. Problem solve to accelerate recruitment — propose strategies and tranches to FDO global recruitment, such as prioritizing recruitments and organizing efforts.
3. Create Job Descriptions, provide templates for interview questions, feedback, etc.
4. Actively report to FDO leadership on recruiting processes, risks, and issues.
5. Work with teams to address recruitment risks and ease recruitment pressure by proposing new ways of working to streamline processes.
6. Collaborate with recruitment teams and local COOs to promote mobility.
7. Assist in screening CVs and provide consolidated feedback to candidates.
8. Partner with Talent Acquisition, FDO, and regional recruitment teams to accelerate recruitment and address risks.
9. Bring project management experience in recruitment.
10. Implement best practices for consolidating, interviewing, tracking feedback, and creating candidate pipelines.
11. Handle recruiting and reporting tasks, including interviews, job descriptions, and organizational skills.
12. Possess experience in technical recruitment.
13. Assist in screening CVs and applying best practices.
14. Work effectively with senior leads and stakeholders.
