Job summary

Mach Industries is seeking engineers to lead firmware validation across individual vehicle components and system-level validation. You will work with firmware, avionics, manufacturing, and flight operations to ensure high-quality firmware releases used in flight tests.

Strong background in electrical engineering, Python and C is required, with preferred knowledge of C++ and embedded Linux. The role demands extended hours as needed, with opportunities to work on cutting-edge autonomous defense

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Strong Electrical Engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and C.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Firmware, Avionics, Manufacturing and Flight Operations to enable high quality firmware releases for flight test operations and customer products.
• Design and execute system-level and component test specifications (nominal and fault-injection).
• Develop SITL and HITL tests and supporting simulation scenarios.
• Execute SITL/HITL tests and investigate issues from test runs and flight operations.
