Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years embedded firmware development experience.
• 5+ years leadership in firmware/embedded teams in regulated environments.
• Proven success delivering complex firmware in safety-critical/power electronics.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a firmware/embedded team; drive performance and growth.
• Own embedded firmware lifecycle from requirements to maintenance.
• Define firmware roadmap, architectures, and modernization efforts.
• Drive Agile/Stage-Gate processes; ensure cost, safety, cybersecurity targets.
• Collaborate with hardware, systems, test, mechanical, and compliance teams.
