Precision Neuroscience is seeking a Firmware Engineering Intern in New York to help develop embedded software for our next-generation brain-computer interfaces. You will learn and contribute to production software, working closely with a tight-knit firmware team and experts from other disciplines.

This position is based in our New York office; we are unable to consider remote workers or those not legally authorized to work in the US.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of experience with embedded systems ( coursework, projects, internships)
• Proficient in C/C++ and Python
• Experienced in working with microcontrollers (e.g. Nordic / NXP / STM / ...)
• Skilled at writing unit tests and clear software documentation
• Familiar with debugging tools such as the GNU Debugger and serial printing
• Comfortable using lab equipment to debug hardware and firmware (signal generators / logic analyzers / oscilloscopes / DMMs / ...)

Firmware Engineering Intern

We are seeking a Firmware Engineering Intern to help us develop the embedded software that makes our BCI technology possible. In this role, you will be learning to build and test cutting edge medical devices, while also making real contributions to production software. You will operate within a tight-knit firmware team and collaborate closely with experts from other disciplines. You will be solving difficult problems and working on systems that stand to tangibly improve people's lives.

This position will be based in our New York office. We are unable to consider remote workers or individuals who are not currently based in the US and not legally authorized to work in the US.
