Responsibilities

• Develop high-performance controller firmware for memory systems.
• Evaluate, design, bench test, debug, and analyze firmware for memory controllers and SSDs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve product development issues.
• Validate customer requirements and perform failure analysis on FW issues.
• Develop structured source code for embedded environments in memory.
• Perform design verification using simulations and product testing.
• Focus on firmware quality in the system and target application.
• Participate in SCRUM/Agile processes and code reviews.
• Develop new test tools and methods.
• Provide documentation for deliverables meeting internal specs and SSD standards.
• Work alongside other firmware engineers on front-end interfaces of Micron SSDs.
