Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced embedded firmware engineer to design and develop software for ARM-based platforms used in RF/analog test equipment.

You will collaborate with RF, SW, DSP, FPGA, and HW teams to deliver embedded software for wireless technologies and support hardware bring-up and testing across global product lines.

• Recent development experience in Linux, parallel processing, multi-core, or multi-threaded software development.

Description

Within Instrument Engineering, this team focuses on designing and producing precision RF and Analog Test Equipment. This equipment is used for calibrating and testing various wireless technologies, including cellular, 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, mmWave, UWB, and NFC, in millions of Apple devices like iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Watches.

The team works on developing embedded firmware for next-generation wireless communication products. They collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RF system engineers, software engineers, DSP engineers, FPGA logic designers, and hardware engineers, to create embedded software that is crucial for product development.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr.
