Title: Firmware Developer
Location: Elkton, FL 32033
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000

As we expand, we’re looking for a Firmware Developer to develop software for our custom, house‑made microcontroller‑based circuit boards, used by our products. This role blends technical creativity with hands‑on leadership to bring innovative ideas to life.

What You Will Be Doing

• Design and implement microcontroller‑based systems with C/C++
• Develop and test firmware using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and prototype circuits
• Debug hardware and firmware through circuit analysis and performance testing
• Collaborate across engineering disciplines and with stakeholders to deliver solutions

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in firmware design and development
• Proficiency in C/C++
• Experience with microcontrollers
• Experience with RTOS
