Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group is seeking a Fires System Integrator to support USMC MOSS/MOCTT program training across MAGTF and distributed MISTC sites. Responsibilities include operation, integration, and troubleshooting of fires and targeting systems within COC environments.

You will work with AFATDS, JADOCS, PFED/JFO tools, C2PC, GCCS-MC, and JBC-P, providing technical documentation and AAR support. Travel and Secret clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor in IT/Systems Eng or related, or equivalent military training accepted.
• Experience operating and integrating fires and targeting systems in COC/TOC/JFE.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to training audiences in operation, utilization, and integration of fires and targeting systems for USMC training.
• Operate and integrate systems such as AFATDS, JADOCS, PFED/JFO tools, C2PC, GCCS-MC, and JBC-P during training events.
• Analyze interoperability issues and provide technical/operational recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including SOPs for fires systems installation and sustainment.
• Prepare training support packages and exercise scenarios incorporating fires integration.
• Provide setup, troubleshooting, and AAR support during classroom and field training.
• Coordinate with site directors, instructors, and network engineers to ensure proper network integration.
