Job summary

Corps Solutions seeks an experienced Fires & COC Instructor to support MISTC-Okinawa. The role involves delivering formal and informal training on Fires C2 systems (AFATDS, EMT, THSv2, PSS-SOF, JADOCS) and conducting unit and staff instruction in COC operations and TTPs.

You will contribute to curriculum development and data trends with the Academics Manager. Expect to travel for on-site instruction, assist with Battle Staff exercises, and provide feedback on curriculum enhancements and system

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Formal training on fires systems covering both operations and system administration.
• Formal School Instructor Course or service equivalent.
• Officer / NCO intermediate or career level schooling or service equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Instructs on installation, configuration, operation, integration and maintenance of fires systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot fires system applications in classroom settings.
• Develop instructional material and reconfigure systems for training sessions.
• Provide instruction on current and emerging C2 systems and assist with course-related training events.
• Travel for on-site instruction and provide technical assistance as required.
• Support curriculum improvement and system upgrades through feedback to Course Manager.
