This role involves supporting Mission Command training and requires a strong background in Army leadership and training management. Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance.

• 6+ years combined staff experience in Warfighting Function (or 8 years in MCTSP).
• Recent experience with ARNG training support systems and MCIS.

Responsibilities

• Act as a DTT SME in Fires.
• Support live and constructive Mission Command training.
• Modify OPORDs or scenarios based on unit needs.
• Maintains DTT flexibility to provide modular training across branches.
• Works with the TUC to tailor OPORDs/scenarios to unit needs.

Overview

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Fires Collective Trainer to support our program at Fort Chaffee, AR. This position is contingent upon contract award. CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services to meet the defense and federal sector's most complex enterprise needs. From operations centers and training sites, CSA deploys experienced teams, innovative tools and proven processes to advance federal missions.

Responsibilities

• DTT SME in Fires
• Supports live and constructive Mission Command training
• Maintains currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensures TUCs receive the latest training OPORDs and scenarios
• Maintains DTT flexibility in team composition to provide modular training support to low density branches (e.g., chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, fires, etc.)
• Works with the TUC to modify OPORDs or scenarios to meet unit needs and provide a realistic training event

Qualifications

• Clearance: Must possess and maintain an active Secret Clearance
• Senior Army leadership experience with a training management background; CTC experience preferred
• Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer with primary staff experience in the War Fighting Function at Battalion level or higher
• Previous Battalion or higher commander preferred (or equivalent)
• Specialized functional areas could be 04/MAJ, E8/MSG, CW2/Warrant Officer with battalion level experience
• At least 6 years of combined staff experience within the specific Warfighting Function (or 8 years of specialized MCTSP experience in this duty position)
• Recent experience with the ARNG training support system or a similar system
• 2+ years working with Warfighting Functional Area Army MCIS
