Job summary

A leading fireplace manufacturing company is seeking a Final Assembly / Metal Finisher to join their team in Big Lake, MN. This full-time position requires skills in carpentry and the use of power tools. The role involves preparing fireplace components and ensuring product quality, as well as opportunities for overtime. Compensation starts at $19.00 per hour plus benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50 pounds on a daily basis.
• Must be flexible and willing to work overtime, if needed.
• Desire to grow with an expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Grind, polish, clean and paint all fireplace components.
• Assemble insulated panel systems for all fireplace models.
• Cut and install firebrick, glass doors, and additional components.
• Read pack lists and pull inventory to complete fireplace orders.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards.
• Construct shipping pallets & crates for outgoing fireplace orders.
