Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking skilled Final Assembly Technicians for a manufacturing company in North Branch, MN. This role involves hands-on mechanical work, assembling equipment per build sheets, and ensuring quality before final inspection.

Work on 3:00 PM – 1:45 AM, Monday to Friday, on a temporary-to-permanent path with weekly pay. Pay range is $25.00–$30.00 per hour, DOE, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits available.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical or equipment assembly.
• Ability to read assembly instructions and build sheets.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hand/power tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs in a manufacturing setting.
• Reliable attendance and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly of equipment, machinery, or trailer‑mounted units according to build sheets.
• Install mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components
• Use hand tools, power tools, and torque equipment to complete assembly tasks
• Conduct functional checks to ensure equipment operates correctly
• Assist with troubleshooting and correcting assembly issues before final inspection
