Experience as a cashier, host, team member, leader, or sandwich artist is a plus.

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a specific shift designated by the General Manager while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities include:

1. Ensure the restaurant complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health regulations, wage laws, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, and other legal requirements.
2. Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
3. Maintain the profitability of the business by managing shifts within established guidelines for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth.
4. Consistently meet standards for guest service, quality, and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs culture, mission, and vision.
5. Participate actively in all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
6. Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times.
7. Communicate effectively with the GM/Owner about any issues impacting the business.
8. Work on your feet for up to 8 hours at a time.
9. Lift up to 50 lbs.
10. Perform any other duties assigned by the GM/Owner.

Compensation: $11.00 per hour
