Marksman Security is seeking dedicated full- and part-time firefighters for Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Georgetown, KY. You will join an elite emergency response team protecting one of the world’s most advanced facilities, ensuring team safety and operations.

Responsibilities include responding to fires and medical/hazmat incidents, performing inspections and safety training, and maintaining readiness in a high‑tech industrial setting. Benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

Minimum age 18 and HS diploma or GED.
Certified Fire I and II.
EMR or EMT certification.
Current Driver’s License is required.
Hazmat Operations certification.
Pass NFPA 1582 physical examination.
Background check and drug test required.
Operate access control systems and incident reporting software.
Strong customer service and professional demeanor.

Respond to fire, medical, and hazardous materials emergencies.
Perform fire prevention inspections and safety training.

Toyota Motor Manufacturing in Georgetown, KY is looking for dedicated full and part‑time firefighters to join our elite emergency response team! Help protect one of the most advanced manufacturing facilities in the world while ensuring the safety of our team and operations.

Signing bonus: $200.00 for providing a current NFPA physical within the last 6 months!

24/48-hour Shift Rotation

0600-0600

Essential Job Functions:

Understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
Follow the Emergency Action and Communication Plans and all Standard Operating Procedures for emergencies.
Completes incident reports as required.
Responds to all fire/medical/security/hazmat/threat situations according to Emergency Response Plan and Standard Operating Procedures and Medical Director Protocols.
Performs routine daily/weekly/monthly inspections on fire alarm/fire suppression/and security equipment.
Physically inspect all fire suppression systems, including but not limited to:
- Sprinkler System
- Manual and Automatic Alarm initiating devices
- Fire Panels
- Standpipe Hoses
Perform daily inspections on apparatus, security vehicles, and emergency response equipment.
Patrol facilities for fire or building code violations and additional safety hazards; report to supervisor.
Act as a weather spotter and monitor weather alerts through Sky Guard or other notification systems.
Approve and inspect all hot works and high‑hazard hot works and confined space permits.
Participate in daily training on emergency response to maintain readiness.
Maintain compliance with personal Fire/Medical/Hazmat certifications as required by local mandate.
Demonstrate experience managing multiple tasks, executing radio and telephone communications, and performing in a high‑pressure environment.
Other duties to be determined by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications: For entry-level

Minimum of 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED
Certified Fire 1 and 2
EMR or EMT certified
Current Driver’s License
Hazmat Operations
Pass an NFPA 1582 physical examination

Requirements

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Technology skills: operate access control system, utilize a computer for incident reports, operate security software systems or applications, use email.
Strong customer service skills, professional demeanor, and appearance.
Experience managing multiple tasks and executing radio and telephone communications while performing in a medium to high‑pressure environment with frequently changing and/or competing demands.
Possess above‑average written and verbal communication skills.
Possess strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively with client staff and the public.
