Job summary

Montgomery Personnel in Montgomery, Alabama is seeking Firefighter Trainees to join the Montgomery Fire Rescue. Trainees will undergo physical and academic training at the Recruit School and must adhere to strict fitness and appearance guidelines. Candidates must be at least 18, hold a high school diploma or GED, and meet moral character standards. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete the Montgomery Fire Rescue's Recruit School.
• Assist in normal firefighter duties under supervision.
• Complete approximately 22 weeks of Montgomery Fire Rescue Academy training.
