Job summary

Arizona PPE Recon, Inc. in Tempe, AZ is seeking a reliable team member to assist with the intake, cleaning, and inspection of firefighter protective equipment. Training is provided—just bring your attention to detail and willingness to follow established procedures.

The role supports daily operations, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential overtime. This on-site position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and punctual.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Comfortable with physical work and lifting heavy items.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair moisture barrier repairs on firefighter liners.
• Relay repairs found during inspections in organized paperwork.
• Ensure flow and timely completion of weekly tasks with other staff.
• Assist Shop Managers to support company success.
• Follow NFPA 1851 cleaning and inspection processes.
• Lift and move items weighing 30 lbs or more.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist with general shop cleanup and workstation organization.
