The ideal candidate can lift 50 pounds, maintain accuracy, and work well independently or on a team, with basic computer/mobile device skills and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Experience in logistics, delivery, warehouse, or inventory management preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, document, and process incoming gear using intake procedures.
• Verify inventory accuracy and maintain chain-of-custody documentation.
• Communicate professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries.
• Assist with tagging, sorting, tracking, and staging gear for cleaning and inspection.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support general warehouse and operational activities as needed.
• Operate company vehicles in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
