Qualifications

• Firefighter I & II certification required.
• High School Diploma required.
• State of Michigan EMT license required.
• Valid Michigan driver's license required.
• Hazmat and CPR/AED certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and write fire and EMS reports.
• Operate basic computer software and records management systems.
• Respond to fire situations with fire suppression and EMS duties.
• Drive fire apparatus to incidents and operate pumps and ladders.
• Maintain firefighting apparatus, equipment, and facilities.
• Respond to rescue and EMS calls and provide emergency care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Battalion Chief.
