Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or related experience and/or training.
• Ability to handle customer and employee issues and communicate with management.
• Experience with inventory and sales floor support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of customer service and promote a positive store culture.
• Assist with inventory movement between warehouse and sales floor.
• Quote prices, describe features, and prepare sales orders for orders obtained.
• Maintain paperwork and comply with ATF guidelines where applicable.
