Overview:
The Firearms Sales Associate is responsible for actively seeking out customers in our store, greeting them in an upbeat and professional manner while providing world class customer service and assisting with firearms questions and purchases.
This role requires all associates to be at least 21 years of age due to compliance requirements for processing firearms.

Schedule:
Must be available to work 2 weekday shifts Monday-Friday, attend new product training meetings on Tuesdays or Wednesday evenings 5:00-6:30pm as scheduled, and work every other weekend-Saturday and Sunday to meet the needs of the position. Average hours is 20/week.
Compensation:
Firearm Sales Associates earn both an hourly wage and commissions on the items they help customers select. Base wage of $15/hr. With commissions, total pay averages to $22-28/hr.
Education & Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); and/or 1-3 months of retail or sales experience.
Physical Requirements/Lifting Requirements:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation.
Heavy work – Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
