Bass Pro Shops Gainesville is seeking a part-time Firearms Sales Outfitter to maintain counter sales and customer service for firearms, plus floor sales for hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, make product recommendations, and promote clubs and in-store programs.

Responsibilities include staying current on firearms knowledge, following ATF and GCA regulations, and assisting with sales and merchandising while upholding Bass Pro standards and safety policies.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years in retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Knowledge of firearms and ammunition required.
• Understanding of ATF regulations and the Gun Control Act (GCA).

They perform various selling/customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
