Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Oklahoma City is seeking a part-time Firearms Sales Associate to support Counter Sales and Customer Service for firearms, along with floor and counter sales of hunting merchandise.

You will greet customers, advise on products, assist with 4473 forms, and help keep the gun counter organized while following all safety and compliance procedures. This role requires staying customer-focused and knowledgeable about current promotions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of retail experience.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Knowledge of firearms regulations (ATF/GCA).

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with firearms and hunting merchandise.
• Identify customer needs and provide product recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with 4473 forms and store policies.
• Maintain firearms counter and floor merchandise organization.
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service and support.
• Operate and replenish stock as per merchandising guidelines.

They perform various selling/customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
