Bass Pro Shops in Hoffman Estates, IL is seeking a part-time Sales Associate - Firearms to provide counter sales and customer service for firearms and hunting merchandise. You will greet customers, assess needs, demonstrate products, and help with in-store pickup and promotions.

The role requires knowledge of firearms, ammunition, ATF regulations, and strong customer service skills. 21+ years old; high school diploma or equivalent; 0-2 years retail experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0-2 years in Retail.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition.
• Knowledge of ATF Federal and State Regulations.
• Customer Service and Sales of Firearms and Ammunition.

They perform various selling/customer service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care, providing information, assistance and direction to customers.***ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**** Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
