Job summary

Coastal Farm & Ranch in Mount Vernon, WA is seeking a customer-focused team member to maintain company standards, generate sales, handle housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, processing freight, and loss prevention. Greet and assist customers, answer questions, and locate products.

Maintain radio communication with associates, build product knowledge, and keep promotions up to date. Participate in floor moves and store housekeeping as needed.

Other Duties And Responsibilities

• Help in other departments when needed.


• Perform daily cleaning – such as, but not limited to, vacuuming, replacing full trashes with new trash bags, and sweeping the department floor.
