Lido Labs (dba Concealed Coalition) is seeking a Firearms Safety Instructor to educate learners on safe, responsible firearm use. You will train diverse groups, teach handling, storage, and techniques, and assess progress in a safety-first environment.

The role requires strong communication, adherence to laws and safety protocols, and the ability to foster a positive learning atmosphere. Certification upkeep and collaboration with the Training Department are essential.

Qualifications

• Must hold NRA, POST, or USCCA certification.
• 1 year of sales, marketing, firearms instruction, or related field preferred.
• Ability to define tasks and processes; meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Maintain all instructor certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Concealed Coalition firearms safety training to varied skill levels.
• Instruct firearm handling, operation, and maintenance.
• Educate on local, state, and federal laws and safety protocols.
• Promote safety culture and assess student progress.
• Maintain records and coordinate with Training Department and stakeholders.
• Ensure range safety and equipment setup during sessions.
• Operate TimeTap scheduling and Concur payments.
• Sell Concealed Coalition memberships.
