This role combines in-person customer support within the Pickup Center and remote customer service support via phone, email, and chat. Firearms Product Specialists are expected to demonstrate a deeper level of firearms knowledge, confidently answer detailed product and compliance-related questions, and guide customers through complex purchasing decisions both in person and through digital channels.
Firearms Product Specialists will be scheduled on a flexible basis between operating in the Pickup Center and servicing customers through phone, email, and chat support, depending on business needs. Work is performed in both an office environment and the Pickup Center.
