ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to perform fire and water damage cleanup in Rockford, IL and surrounding areas. You will handle specialty mitigation tasks, light demolition, content cleaning, and work to restore properties to pre-loss condition.

Qualifications

• Experience in fire damage cleaning.
• Detail-oriented with strong attention to safety.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to travel to out-of-town assignments.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Previous restoration experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
• Perform restoration tasks per IICRC standards and safety.
• Work to restore fire and water damage, including mold abatement.
• Coordinate with customers and report work progress.
