Job Description:

Our Restoration 1 of Lehigh Valley branch is seeking a dedicated Restoration Technician to join our team. Under the supervision of a team lead, you will be responsible for cleaning, drying, and remediating properties affected by fire, water, smoke, mold, and trauma & crime scene, adheringto Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) standards. Our primary service area covers a35 to 40-mile radius of Bethlehem, PA, 18015.

Qualifications & Requirements:

The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and able to think quickly in dynamic environments. While experience in water extraction, mold remediation, fire restoration, light demolition, and trauma & crime scene clean-up ispreferred, it isnot required. Willing to train the right candidate.

  • Candidates must be able and willing to:
    • Prolonged standing, moving, and lifting;

    • Working in confined spaces and less-than-ideal conditions (e.g., sewage, waste, and bio-hazards);

    • We are anemergency response companyand the candidate should expect:

      • Overtime;

      • After-hours;

      • On-call; and

      • Weekend shifts are to be required.

Job Type: Part-time (with the potential to be full-time)

Starting Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
