Servpro Industries is seeking a Fire & Water Mitigation Lead for our Eden Prairie location in Minnesota. This role offers manager-in-training opportunities and a hiring bonus of $1,500. You will be responsible for preparing work areas, maintaining production processes, and ensuring jobsite cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous restoration experience in fire, water, and mold remediation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms for work activities and set up staging areas.
• Communicate with management and other technicians.
• Perform end-of-day cleanup and jobsite maintenance.

Skills

Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

Ability to work around cleaning agents
