Job summary

SERVPRO of Lynchburg is hiring a Fire & Water Restoration Technician. No prior restoration experience is required as training is provided.

You will join a team that responds to homes and businesses affected by water, fire, mold and other damage, with a focus on safe, compassionate service. We offer an hourly wage of $16–$24, a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid holidays, and paid time off, plus opportunities for advancement.

As a Fire & Water Restoration Technician, you will be part of a hardworking, dependable team responding to homes and businesses affected by water, fire, mold, and other property damage. You will help clean, restore, and return damaged properties to a safe and livable condition while providing professional, compassionate service to customers during challenging situations. No prior restoration experience is required as we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for motivated individuals with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, professionalism, and a willingness to learn and grow. We will also provide all the training needed and equipment for you to succeed with a career at Servpro.

This is an active, hands‑on position that requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work as part of a team. A valid driver’s license with a reasonable driving record is required, along with successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
