Position Purpose
The Fire Systems Maintenance Supervisor manages the team responsible for maintaining and repairing all fire and life safety systems on campus, such as alarms, sprinklers, emergency lights, and backup generators. This role involves planning and scheduling work, supervising staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, managing budgets and supplies, and communicating with campus leadership and the community.

Join Dartmouth as a Fire Systems Maintenance Supervisor and lead the critical work of keeping our campus safe! You’ll manage a skilled team maintaining fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency lighting, and backup power systems. If you have strong leadership skills, experience coordinating maintenance projects, and a passion for safety and compliance, this role is for you. Collaborate across campus, manage budgets and contractors, and ensure top-quality, efficient life safety systems. A working knowledge of NFPA Life Safety Codes and fire/life safety systems is required.
