Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems in Salt Lake City is seeking a Fire Sprinkler Training Foreman to lead training and development for entry-level staff and to ensure safe, code-compliant sprinkler installations on projects.

You will demonstrate best practices, evaluate trainee progress, and drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement through Wheels of Learning and state certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience or training in installing fire sprinkler systems is a plus.
• Experience with various facilities (commercial, industrial, healthcare, government) is preferred.
• Foam and fire pump knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Work experience, training or education in the installation of fire sprinkler systems is a plus.
• May work in a variety of business and institutions including commercial, industrial, construction, manufacturing, healthcare, education and government facilities.
• Knowledge of foam and fire pumps is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
