Firetrol Protection Systems in Tyler, TX is seeking a Sprinkler Operations Manager to lead the sprinkler division and drive operational excellence. You will manage a team of technicians, plan projects to meet deadlines, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

You will monitor budgets, collaborate with sales and project management, develop SOPs to improve efficiency and quality, provide technical guidance, and stay current with industry trends and codes.

Job Description:

As the Sprinkler Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the sprinkler division within Firetrol Protection Systems.

• Lead and manage a team of sprinkler technicians and support staff
