Job summary

Wolverine Fire Protection Co. is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler TI Manager/Superintendent to lead tenant improvement and retrofit fire sprinkler projects across our Southern California portfolio.

The role involves coordinating with general contractors, property managers, and inspectors to ensure occupied-space work meets strict NFPA 13 standards. You will oversee field crews and subcontractors, manage multiple TI projects simultaneously, and navigate union/PLA requirements while

Qualifications

• Field leadership experience in fire sprinkler TI or retrofit work.
• Strong NFPA 13 and permitting/inspection knowledge.
• Experience on union or PLA-governed jobsites.
• Ability to run multiple concurrent TI projects under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Run field operations on TI/retrofit fire sprinkler projects, kickoff to closeout.
