Job summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate scopes of work, preparing material and labor takeoffs, and producing detailed proposals. Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in estimating are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire sprinkler estimating or related field.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and local jurisdictional requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review construction drawings and specifications to understand project scope.
• Conduct onsite inspections for verifying existing conditions and project requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals following company standards.
