Job summary

Impact Fire Services is locating a position at our Phoenix, AZ office to oversee fire protection systems installation for industrial, commercial and some residential projects. The role requires understanding NFPA codes, design and installation methods, hydraulic calculations and material lists for sprinkler systems.

Essential duties include design layout, field surveying, piping fabrication listings, cross-trade coordination, and managing project budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget

Qualifications

NICET certification preferred but not required.
Experience with fire sprinkler systems and NFPA codes.
Solid mechanical knowledge related to piping and fabrication.
Experience in fire protection installation or design.

Responsibilities

Understand design and layout of fire sprinkler systems.
Perform hydraulic calculations for sprinkler designs.
Conduct field surveying on installation sites.
Review system piping listings for fabrication purposes.
Coordinate installation between trades on projects.
Manage costs and project budgets.
