Job summary

Century Fire Protection is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and repair fire sprinkler systems. This field-based role requires hands-on problem solving, independence, and readiness for emergency calls after hours.

Responsibilities include servicing wet/dry systems, OS&Y valves, piping in metal, PVC, CPVC, and related controls. A high school diploma, 2–3 years of related experience, clean MVR, and pre-employment drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2–3 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with anti-freeze loops and pre‑action systems is a plus.
• Experience reading and interpreting fire sprinkler installation plans preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and respond to emergency service needs.
• Clean MVR required.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug screen.

• Test piping systems for leaks using air and liquid pressure equipment and monitoring gauges.
• Follow all company and job site safety procedures.
• Respond to emergency service and repair calls outside normal business hours.
• Regularly work extended hours, including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
