We are seeking experienced and skilled Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians for our Charlotte location.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in servicing and/or installing fire sprinkler systems. Candidates without prior experience need not apply, although experience in fire protection areas such as alarms, extinguishers, or suppression is a plus.

Position Summary:

As a Service Technician, you will ensure proper service, repair, and installation of fire sprinkler systems and other fire protection equipment. Responsibilities include conducting on-site service calls, troubleshooting, preparing reports, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Understanding of materials, tools, equipment, and installation procedures
  • Knowledge of NFPA Standards
  • 3-6 years of service experience
  • NICET Certification (preferred)
