Job summary

Intelligent Fire Systems & Solutions (IFSS) seeks a Service & Inspection Sales Representative to expand fire sprinkler ITM solutions across the Charleston area. You will build lasting client partnerships, secure recurring service agreements, and drive deficiency repairs that protect lives and property.

You will lead field sales with strong leadership support, manage proposals and contracts, and travel locally to client sites while maintaining accurate pipelines and forecasts.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B technical sales and client management.
• Working knowledge of commercial fire sprinkler systems.
• Ability to read NFPA 25 standards and inspection reports.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and establish relationships with commercial property managers and general contractors.
• Sell and renew ITM service agreements to grow recurring service base.
• Review inspection reports and prepare repair proposals.
• Conduct on-site facility walkthroughs to define scopes.
• Prepare cost estimates, bids, and client contracts.
• Maintain sales pipeline and revenue forecasts using BuildOps.
