Overview

We are seeking a Fire Sprinkler Service Helper who will be responsible for assisting with service calls including, but not limited to, troubleshooting and maintenance of fire sprinkler service systems. The Fire Sprinkler Service Helper assists with installing and servicing systems in a manner that minimizes downtime and maximizes performance, and ensures installations meet quality standards set forth by DynaFire, Inc., while maintaining a professional and safe working environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Fire Sprinkler Service Technicians with installation and service to a wide range of clients with various applications of fire protection systems.
  • Utilize time management skills.
  • Comply with all DynaFire policies and procedures.
  • Follow DynaFire's safety procedures in addition to the client's safety program.
  • Safely operate construction equipment including, but not limited to, step ladders, extension ladders, scissor lifts, hand tools, power tools, cutting tools, powder actuated tools.
  • Participate in training classes to grow professionally and increase one's knowledge of the industry.
  • Learn and apply DynaFire mission statement and Core Values.
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Proficient in office hardware and software tools used by DynaFire
  • No experience required. The following certifications are required within 24 months from date of hire:
  • Basic knowledge of fire pumps, wet systems, and dry systems
  • FASA certification
