Qualifications

• Must possess the ability to calculate basic math including fractions, decimals and percentages.
• Must understand and operate basic computer functions.
• A basic understanding of fire sprinkler or plumbing systems is useful.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and testing of fire sprinkler systems according to NFPA 25.
• Troubleshoot and perform service and repair of fire sprinkler systems.
• Record and document inspections, repairs, and discrepancies.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
