Job summary

Impact Fire Services in Greensboro, NC seeks an experienced professional to oversee fire sprinkler systems installation and service for new and existing projects. You will manage project cost, scheduling, and collaborate with designers to finalize designs and surveys.

You will supervise installation labor, coordinate permits and change orders, and report weekly to the GM with updates. Strong knowledge of sprinkler design/layout and cross-trade coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• General sprinkler knowledge required.
• Experience in fire sprinkler installation or design preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all fire sprinkler projects.
• Manage job cost and project scheduling.
• Coordinate with designers to complete designs and submit surveys.
• Follow up and manage permits for projects.
• Report weekly to GM with project updates.
• Oversee the fire sprinkler superintendent.
• Coordinate and process contract change orders.
• Understand design and layout of fire sprinkler systems.
• Coordinate installation between trades.
• Manage costs and understand budgets.
