Job summary

VSC Fire & Security is seeking a Project Manager to lead sprinkler and integrated systems projects in the Dallas, TX area. You will coordinate with estimators and design staff, ensure adherence to NFPA and safety standards, and drive projects from kickoff to closeout with a focus on schedule and budget.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience in the field, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders. A company vehicle and extensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in sprinkler or integrated systems.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations including fire, NFPA, building and safety.
• Schedule projects to meet budget and time deadlines with subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Work with estimators and designers to gather information for sprinkler drawings, hydraulic calculations, and material/equipment schedules.
• Maintain proper Risk Management and Safety procedures on all job sites per VSC policies.
