The role requires 3–5 years of project management experience in sprinkler or integrated systems, with responsibility for scheduling, coordinating with sales/design teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will manage project timelines, budgets, and subcontractor coordination while working with General Contractors to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in sprinkler or integrated systems.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations including NFPA, building and safety.
• Schedule projects in logical steps to meet budget and time deadlines for subcontractors.
• Work with sales and design on project specs, manpower needs, and change orders.
• Review construction contract documents and coordinate with subcontractors and GCs.
