Job summary

Firetrol Protection Systems seeks an experienced Pre Construction Manager to oversee the pre-construction process, including estimating, design coordination, and client communication. Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and project management is essential.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in fire protection, proficiency with estimation software, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in fire protection or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection systems and codes.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Valid driver's license.

The Pre Construction Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pre-construction process, including estimating, design coordination, and client communication. This role requires a strong understanding of fire protection systems and experience in project management.
