The Sprinkler Operations Manager is responsible for leading the Mechanical Sprinkler delivery process across the district. This role balances customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, cost control, and financial performance while overseeing project engineering, project management, CAD operations, order entry, installation, and technical installation support.
Own safety, quality, and integrity in every stage of the work by keeping employee training current, identifying hazards early, and acting quickly on corrective actions. Stay close to the customer and the jobsite by aligning with sales, clarifying requirements, and maintaining clear communication from order entry through warranty support. Manage the work with discipline and accountability by controlling direct and indirect costs, protecting profitability, and executing against the approved financial plan. Remove obstacles and keep delivery moving by coordinating engineering, CAD, purchasing, scheduling, labor planning, and installation support without delays. Improve every day through candid problem-solving by using performance measures, identifying gaps, and applying practical actions that raise productivity and service levels. HIRING SALARY RANGE: $95,000- $111,900 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
