## Fire Sprinkler Install Helper**Summary**Responsible for assisting with the installation of fire sprinkler systems on construction and retrofit projects; this is an entry-level role supporting foremen and fitters by performing basic labor tasks while learning fire sprinkler installation techniques, safety practices, and code requirements.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Assist fire sprinkler installers with system installation activities.* Carry, stage, and organize materials, pipe, fittings, and tools.* Cut, thread, and prep pipe under supervision.* Assist with hanging pipe, installing hangers, and setting sprinkler heads.* Support flushing, pressure testing, and system startup activities.* Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.* Follow OSHA regulations and company safety policies.* Participate in safety meetings and on-the-job training.**Education and/or Experience**High school diploma and 0-2 years’ experience; construction or mechanical experience a plus.**Computer Skills**Basic computer skills, email.**Physical Demands**Frequent standing, walking, crouching/bending, climbing ladders, and working at heights; ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; ability to work in confined spaces and variable weather conditions; exposure to noise, dust, and construction environments.## Qualifications
