Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety is seeking a Sprinkler Install Support Technician in Belton, TX. This role assists with installing fire sprinkler systems under supervision while learning industry standards and safety procedures.

You will support with basic tasks, transport tools, and help document processes, collaborating with a team across active job sites. A clean driving record and ability to lift heavy items are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No minimum experience required.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work under direct supervision.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license (if driving is required).

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Use hand tools and equipment under direct supervision.
• Transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Observe and learn proper installation techniques.
• Support documentation and reporting processes as directed.
• Work collaboratively with team members on active job sites.
• Perform tasks as directed and does not independently perform jobs.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
